Ive lived here for 10 years now. for awhile the rules and guidelines were overstrict. if i wasnt cutting my grass every 6 days i got a letter saying cut my grass trim around the trailer. but im sure is all in good intention. we have newer management at park office that we all appreciate now who are lil more down to earth but of course have a business to run. new office personall and park staff -5STAR. some common ground available and staff always busy doing improvements and upkeep of roads. for a mobile home community it s a really decent place to live. the kids walk up to white castle and the movie theatre is right across hwy 94. there are alot of trees in the park which i personnally always enjoy. theres always the smell of bbq when the weather is warm. a variety of ages of people and everyone coexists with good carma here. vfw hall is close if your a vet with a fish fry for all on fridays and turkey shoots and bingo during the year. i wish we had a pool or something like a wi-fi hot spot for the entire trailer park that was pay free(hint hint). we got good drinking water from the tap here. not some of that stinky water you have to bath in if you take your trailer and move it into the country. St. charles is a great place to live.
