I have been a customer for about 6 mths. Recently I found out about this website and I thought what a wonderful tool this could be for us consumers! I thought I was going to come into Precision Tune and just get an inexpensive oil change but I was wrong. What I received was fantastic service inside and out! From the time I walked in and was greeted by Renee,Scott,and the crew I felt I was home! Scott was funny, confident, and very intellegent. Renee was very pleasant,informative,helpful, and had a way of making you feel at home, i watched her deal with difficult people with an ease rarely seen in this line of work. She was prepared everytime I came in with things for my children to color and always had or found answers to my many questions...then greeted by others I soon learnes what a fantastic and capable company that I had stumbled accross...since then I have had much work done there, oh different things of coarse and because of the quality of work they do and the amazing customer service provided I recommend them to all my family and friends! I have never been disappointed! They have undergone new management and I have recently met Gloria who is now the store manager . She is charming,warm, and extremely knowledgeable . I really enjoy their approach, no mumbo jumbo. I am very pleased at the recent brake service that I have been provided and very much enjoyed the services provided by Gloria and Renee. With good honest people like this Precision Tune certainly has won me over and I will continue to recommend their services to all whom I know!Thank you!
