Review content:
The customer service here was horrible. We stood there for 10 minutes before someone told us we could wait in the chairs, so we sat down and waited another 10 minutes while the workers just wandered around, doing nothing, ignoring all of us waiting. Finally when we were helped, the women were very rude and unfriendly. One of the employees asked her manager, "Why didn't you help her?" and the manager said, "Because I didn't want to" and they both laughed. The man who actually helped us order our glasses (I think he was an optician) and another man that was helping someone else order their glasses were both friendly and helpful, however. And their selection of Minnesota Care glasses is good.
Pros: Good MNCare Selection, Opticians helpful
Cons: Rude unhelpful staff, Long wait, Cramped waiting area
