Went to their take care clinic on a Saturday, Used my bcbs card, paid my copay and waited in line. An hour later, nothing was done for me except a urine test and an 'I'm sorry'. SIX MONTHS LATER, I get a bill in the mail. I call them up and finally got through after a few days of them closing sooner then I could call them. I'm told that the woman did not scan both sides of my insurance card but it would be okay and they could process it anyway. TWO MONTHS LATER, I get another bill in the mail. I call up again, the girl told me I would have to send my information in to the insurance company that I NO LONG HAVE. I did exactly as I was told. TWO MONTHS LATER, Now I have a collections letter. Thanks Take Care Clinic for absolutely nothing.
