As full-time residents of Marathon for 11 years, we have dealt with numerous small businesses and contractors. Windswept AC & Appliance tops them all! Over the years, they have repaired & replaced our AC, replaced & serviced our refrigerator, and fixed our washing machine. On every occasion, they responded immediately to requests for service. And, on every occasion they sent qualified, pleasant repairmen/deliverymen, and were on-time. Bonnie even went to bat with a manufacturer (without our asking) to replace a problematic refrigerator that was past its warranty, because it was the "right thing to do". They didn't even sell us the item - I was amazed. They are honest, fair and hardworking, and have definately earned our ongoing business. Thank you Bonnie & Joel. Kim & Tom
