I feel compelled to relate my Maaco paint experience to anyone who may be considering using them for their paint and body work needs. In three simple words: Don't do it! Aside from the fact what they promised would be a 3 day turn around ended up being over 25 days and still counting, Maaco on Grant in Tucson is hands down nothing short of disgraceful. Each time I went in to check on the status of my vehicle, one of the sludge head desk guys would rudely tell me "just one more day." Not only have they destroyed the interior body clips, misplaced many parts (that to this day they've yet to reorder), done a worse paint job than the previous one I was fixing, in light of all this, they have no remorse as they've already been paid. Don't use them folks. Use a more expensive body shop that at least takes accountability for their actions.
