My husband and I reserved 4X4 SUV for couple of days, when we spoke with customer care my husband specified that he is over 21 but not 25 they said it is fine we just have to pay extra for coverage. When we arrived to pick our SUV supervisor told us that it is company police not to rent people who are not 25 years of age. We could not take 4x4 because we are not 25 but could take smaller car which at that time was not available. More over the supervisor told us Im not saying that you are lying, but our company policy is my husband and I could not believe that she sad that. In conclusion I say do not rent at Enterprise rent from Hertz.
