I had reserved a minivan from Enterprise on Northgate Blvd. in Natomas for a trip to Los Angeles for the week of Thanksgiving. On the phone when I was speaking with the representative he asked what time I would like to pick up the van and I said around 2pm. He said OK and that was that. I arrived at Enterprise at 3pm and was told that they had given away the last minivan to someone else because I wasn't there at 2pm and they figured I didn't want it. I never received a call to ask if I was still coming for the van! The customer representative that I spoke with to reserve the van NEVER said that if I wasn't there by 2pm they would assume I didn't want it after all. If I was told that then I would have been there at 2 oclock SHARP! So the bottom line is that I had to rent from Hertz which turned out to be about $400.00 more for the week. I will never rent from Enterprise again!!!! Even though they are the cheapest around. They almost ruined my vacation!!! Luckily I had the extra money at the time!! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
