I was sincerely overcharged for simple alternations. In addition, the service was rude and condesending. Dropped off two dresses for alternations. One had quite a bit of work done, for the standard fee of $35. When I picked up the second 2-piece dress, which had very minimal work done, I was charged $70. When I questioned the price, I was told "it's a 2 piece outfit". The tone and manner of the person assisting me was rude beyond belief. Their fees are not posted, and no effort was made to communicate the higher fee on the second dress at the time the clothes were dropped off. I was quoted $35 per outfit. As the $70 alteration was mainly a hem and a slight adjustment, I feel robbed. To add insult to injury, they were just plain rude. I will never return, even though I frequently need alternation work. I will go anywhere but here.
