Huge Dissappointment! Requires a $49.95 PLUS tax - charge per room NO matter the size. They quickly run over your carpet in less than five minutes, and stains larger than a DIME they don't care to remove. The salesperson doesn't give you a quote over the phone, so they are at your property, equipment ready to charge you whatever gouging price they wish. If you do still decide to use them, have ALL of you furniture out of the room, because they will still charge you the SAME for what ever is in the room AND they will not move furniture around.
Pros: They actually applied water and a vaccum
Cons: Scheduling took over a week, bad customer service, poor quality
