DO NOT GO TO KINGS NISSAN. I had a terrible experience there today. I was in the market to purchase a new Altima and received prices from several dealers in the area. Busam had the best price, however Kings had the car on the lot. I originally test drove the car at Kings and asked Dexter if he would match the price Busam quoted. Over the phone he said he would match it so we made an appointment to seal the deal the next day. As soon as we arrived we sat down to get to business. I provided my quote from Busam and Dexter gave it to the sales manager. We took a look at the car to make sure everything looked okay and then sat down to watch a video about their exterior/interior treatments. In the middle of the video the sales manager came over to say "Stop the video, we have a problem. This estimate is not legitimate. The other dealer lied to you..." He asked me to call the dealer from his dealership and I refused saying I was merely going to go there and ask them myself. In turn, I asked him if he could give me a price so I could come back and buy the car at Kings if Busam was truly lying. The sales manager wouldn't give me a price. I asked him how could I buy a car at his dealership if he wouldn't even give me a price? He originally told me he'd give me the invoice to show me the quoted price was incorrect. I asked for the invoice. It was in his hand and he was waving it around, but he refused to give it to me. They even lied by saying they were the only dealership in the area with that same exact car and said they would prevent Busam from getting it or making a trade by "holding it hostage" to keep it from me. Through all this, the sales manager was talking loudly, getting up and down on one knee, moving back and forth and quite frankly trying to intimidate a 27 year old woman into purchasing a car at his dealership for more money. What did I do? I walked out, went to Busam, got the same exact car for the quoted price, $6k cheaper than Kings wanted to sell it to me (those greedy jerks). There was no pressuring at Busam, and every single one of the sales staff I was in contact with was professional and respectful. Please do not get swindled. Do not trust Kings. Pros: null Cons: null
