Review content:
We rescued a small dog from a local shelter, and we had never had a pet before. Naturally, I had a million questions the first time I took her to see Dr. Giannone. He and his team were very patient and attentive. I did not feel rushed at all, and I left feeling much better informed. Not only was the information that I received factual, but it was also presented in a genuine way. They were not trying to upsell me. Dr. Giannone was not afraid to say "You can hold off on that, but I would highly recomment this." He truly has the pets' best interests in mind. The office is very clean and they have state-of-the-art equipment. A member of the staff called me the next day to follow up, and Dr. Giannone responded to my call himself when I had even more questions. We hope we don't have to visit the vet too often, but when we do, we know it will be the best possible experience.
