Wow. What a great experience. I drove right on in, was greeted immediately by Miguel Lugo, who is extremely friendly and helpful, and headed over to the waiting room while everything was taken care of for me. I went in for a smog, oil and brake check. Miguel knew all the DMV procedures, so I just handed over my car and my paperwork and he took care of everything. I was in the waiting room maybe 30 minutes or so when they called me out to collect my car and completed paperwork. I thought the pricing was very reasonable and there were no add-ons or surprises. Felt like I was in and out in a flash. I was extremely pleased with the experience.
