My mom stays at a retirement village just up the street from Crosby Chiropractic, so it was very convenient for her to go to Crosby since she could walk there if the weather was nice, which keeps her in motion. That is a prevalent theme throughout the office...Motion is Life! Also, on our first visit, while my mom was filling out the initial paperwork, I got a phone call from the insurance company & had to go outside to take the call. I was on the phone for a long time. When I went back into the office, Vicki, the massage therapist, helped my mom complete the entire form. Vicki was very helpful and I appreciated it. The front office staff, Tori & Kim, are awesome. Very patient and helpful, considering that we are always changing our appointments around. Crosby Chiropractic is an all around great office that provides chiropractic, accupuncture, massage therapy, and a weight loss program to boot!
