Review content:
Well i arrived to the Ben Lomond on a Sunday night for a buisness meeting the next day. I thought the place looked really nice. They assigned me a room, when i walked in i was suprised at all the wonderful furniture they had in that room. I woke up in the middle of the night and i heard some noises from the neighbors so i called the front desk and surprisingly they assigned me another room which was wonderful to me because it was a much bigger room. So i can say that they have wonderful customer service there i highly reccommend this hotel for EVERYBODY!
Pros: Everything was exactly as i imagined and more
Cons: The only con is that the neighbors were a little loud
