I joined 6 months ago and mostly do do cardio and lift. I joined to get away from all the kids and crowds at the YMCA. I was impressed right away with never waiting for a piece of equipment and having Televisions on all the treads made it easier for me to stay on without going crazy! A friend suggested takin a group ride class which I thought was like spinning but it was so much better. I got hooked right away. I'm also taking a couple of group power classes weekly for the last month and am seeing results already. Don't understand what the review about high school stoners was all about as most of the staff is over 30 and all very friendly and helpful. I've had a couple of personal trainers give me great advice and Greg the guy that signed me up is a trainer/athlete as well and unbelievably friendly and helpful. I give the place a solid 9 on a 1-10 scale. Pros: Great Exercise Classes with Top Instructors Cons: None that I've found
