The only reason it even gets one star is because the technician was reported to have been fired. Customer service is NOT their thing. First off, they certainly do not come out anytime, as the name would imply. They work only during the day and not on weekends. A repairman came out to repair my fridge. The refrigerator section wasn't getting cold any longer. Promptly showed up in the morning. I was impressed. Checked out the frig said the damper was no good and that the part had to be ordered. Put a little cap in the back in the damper to hold it open so the cold would go up and in. okay. Only missed a couple of hrs of work. Called a day later, the part had come in. Could I meet him in an hour. I tried to make it later in the day, so I wouldn't miss too much work. He said no. I rushed home (an hour away). He met me at the door, came in and replaced the part (or did he). $293 later, he said that was it, should get cold soon, see you in a few years. I lost 4 more hours of work. okay, but the fridge is fixed, right. Wrong. That evening it still wasn't cold. Popped open the cover in the back and the little cap was still in the damper holding it open! Spoke with the owner. He said to provide a picture of the cap in the damper and he'd fire the tech. He then instructed us to unplug the fridge for the weekend and any ice buildup should melt and then we will see if it still isn't working. Aside from firing the tech, the owner was not willing to come during off-hours to repair the fridge and make amends. He preferred to give us our $ back than to make his business look good and service the customer. I would have had to lose more hours of work and the repair would have likely ended up costing me hundreds more in lost wages and parts.
