I can't say enough good things about Raleigh Hypnosis and Heather Merrill. I've been visiting her for anxiety issues (primarily) and the changes in my life, while subtle from the outside, have been profound and wide-reaching. I've experienced improvements in confidence, self-esteem, motivation, organization, relationships and even professional ambition. It's amazing to me how many things are inter-related. Heather takes a long time with prospective clients and personalizes your program based on your initial meeting and progress. She demonstrates sincere concern for her clients and goes above and beyond, far exceeding expectations.
