Review content:
The first time I tried to reserve a unit online, I got a call on day two and the woman said that if I didn't call them back immediately they would rent the unit. The reservation states that its suppose to be for seven days. When I finally went in they showed me the 5x5 climate control but then told me that there standard units stayed cooler due to location, and tried to up sell me to a 5x10 or bigger unit. I called and complained with district manager and never got a call back.
