Ballard Automotive has always been very honest with us, even when its meant they didn't make money. We've always been happy with their work on repairs, lubes and tune-ups. Plus they've gone above and beyond the call of duty for me more than once. I had a dent in the bumper, and the body shops wanted $500+ to fix it, so I just figured I'd live with it. Months later I dropped the car at Ballard Automotive for an oil change. I paid for it and when I got home and saw that side of the car, I noticed they'd pounded the dent out for me. They didn't charge me. They didn't even tell me they'd done it. What a nice surprise!
Pros: Honest, goes above the call of duty, great repair work
Cons: None noted in several years of service
