Review content:
First impression of Neo China went right down the toilet upon entering the restaurant. Management was not friendly upon greeting...waiter had no idea what he was doing...didn't greet us, just took a drink order, took long for the drinks...took 15 mins to take our appetizer order because he insisted on what was his best choice on the menu to order and started to argue with us, not very good manners on his part...brought main course out not even five minutes after appetizers were served...main course came out cold and too pricey for chinese food. for example, who wants to pay 4 dollars for two spare-ribs? horrible. please don't eat there, just go to china chef in apex.

Cons: Cold food, arrogant management, poor service.
