Review content:
During the cool front last week, I tried to turn my heat on for the first time since probably March. To my surprise, it wouldn't turn on at all. I decided to give Middleton a call to let them know I had a problem. I was told that I would have a tech out to my house in about an hour, but maybe 40 minutes after I made the call, I had one knocking at the door. I explained the problem with my heat not turning on at all and he immediately starting looking for the culprit. About 10 minutes later he informs me that I had a snapped copper pin and that he could simply replace it for me and that should fix the problem. He did and my heat turned on and worked just fine!
