VERY, VERY, VERY UNRELIABLE. I second the critique voiced by dex05.. Rocky has an excellent team, but his management styles and customer service are, at best, horrible. I have tried to use his service twice, giving him the benefit of the doubt. Finally, after many calls, the team showed up to mow. In the last 2 mos I have tried 3 times (and spoke to him personally all 3 times) to trim my trees. He always indicated "next week" or "tomorrow" -- to date, they still haven't shown. I've gone to a much more reliable, customer service oriented landscaper. A 1-star rating is even too high for Rocky.
