I met Dr Gross at an event at Space NK and he was very kind to mention he spotted a small condition on my skin. He was very nice about it and told me to call his office for an emergency meeting. He treated the condition quickly and there wasn't a long wait at the office even though it does seem he gets booked up fast. Intelligent and patient guy.
