This web site doesn't allow you to leave 0 stars.. so I was forced to leave 1 undeserved star. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE! I hired them to come out a day before my son's first birthday. We just purchased our house and didnt have the time do cleaning along with everything else. I was very excited talking to Bruce, who stated the ladies would wash the floors, vaccum, dust, dispose of cob webs and dust bunnies, clean the insides and out of all the cabinets and a couple other things. However, when I got home from work that day I was extreme disappointed by the job they "didn't" do.I had to clean the whole house myself. The only thing that was done was the floors where cleaned, I think, they weren't dirty to begin with.. so I'm not too sure. However taking a rag and 409 to the cabinets myself.. revealed that they where obviously not washed. I called back and left message upon message, stating my name and number and finally i recieced a call back from this Bruce.. I explained to him how upset I was and he stated he would "talk to he girls and get back to me" I then didn't hear back from him for another 6 days... again during this point I left 2 messages per day. I finally got fed up and left a message stating I was going to turn them over to the BBB. Low and behold I received a call back, and Bruce stated he was going to refund my money until I said I was going to the BBB with my issue and also they dont guarantee my satisfaction with their company.. seriously? Don't you want your customers to be happy with your company's work?!?! I guess Bruce doesn't care if his customers are happy. ( I find this hard to believe since he would call me back until I left a message stating I was going to call the BBB) So all in all, Bruce and his "ladies" are unreliable. Again if you want to spend $100 on something your going to end up doing by yourself anyways... hire them. But if you want a job well done that guarantees your happened.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!
