Review content:
I had received a quote from Element but was going to use a different company with a lower bid because my company was paying for the move. ( element was NOT the highest bid I received, just higher than this one) I had concerns about the other company and the rep with Element stayed in touch with me through my move date to make sure everything worked out. And, just like I thought, the other company was going to move me backed out of what they had promised me and weren't coming when they said. Sheila, from Element, was able to get me worked into their schedule in one afternoon, and they came that day. The crew was totally professional and very freindly. They even helped me box up some things that I didn't have ready yet. They did such a great job with my things that even the guys that unpakced me on the other end commented on how well I was packed.
