I had recently had my boat in there for small service and was told they were a week behind at looking at boats by the female ( who is extremely rude with no people skills what so ever) well few weeks later after numerous attempts to get info.. finally got repair done...Loved the work but that female is what made my decission not to go back there ever again and would not recammend anyone else to go there unless your looking for headaches from the counter staff very stand offish
