Beyond discusted by this business! They should be closed down. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. They towed my father s car and when I called to ask about it condition they said it was driveable and that I could come pick it up adn that they accepted credit cards. When I drove up there from the south side of racine with my aunt and 3 month old daughter I was told that they do not accept credit cards and their tow truck drive had killed the car s battery making it not runable. When I asked them about the battery being dead they jumped it but then when went in the shop to pay for the vehicle and they told me the car was almost 300 in cash to take. When I told them I had been told they take credit cards the elderly dirty man began screaming at me. When I asked him to stop because my daughter was right there he continued and got louder and started to threaten me. I then went to check on the car and and began looking to make sure there we no vaulables for them to steal like the time they did the last time they had towed his car and another larger man came out and began to yell at me too. Screaming for me to pay for the car because I would have to do it sooner or later anyways even though legally I m not responsible for the car. All around these people running this business are deplorable and discusting human being. i will be talking to the police about them as well as filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
