I had the best experience with the Spay and Neuter of SLC. I am a first-time dog owner, so I was a little nervous myself getting my puppy spayed (and her dew-claws removed). It was a busy little office when I took her early in the morning to drop her off, and felt a little self-conscience because all the other owners there looked like they knew what they were doing. Once I was helped, though, I felt completely comfortable and they walked me through everything I needed to do and to know.
