Review content:
I had a water damage that was a result of the supply line to my washer rupturing. It happened while I was at work, and I found out about it when my neighbor called me because water was coming out of my front door. Needless to say, when I arrived at my home I was stunned! EVERYTHING was wet. I called Blackmon and they arrived in less than an hour. They had lots of water to extract! They were very helpful in advising me on what could or could not be dried, and were clear that their job was to mitigate the cost of the loss. They ran drying equipment for a few days and came by everyday to check progress. With their expertise, we were able to save my hardwood floors. This saved money and quite a bit of inconvenience. I will always be grateful for them helping me when I really did not know what to do.
