Having been shuffled to PCV through a propert sale to them by A RV Storage, we have suffered enough of their rules! They are WAY overpriced on everything, impose a 10 minute time limit AND a charge to let you in to visit your own RV, that is IF you can get the door partially open between your rig and the next in these greedy little spaces. We attempted to have our RV moved to the "self storage" area and were grilled as to who would be towing it. Not wanting to deceive anyone, we told them we were going to employ an independent contractor and we were sternly told, "No, that is not what it is designed for.". After several grueling years with this greedy outfit, we had ENOUGH! we are now happily stored at a very user friendly (and cheaper!) Willow RV, where we get to make our OWN decisions about OUR RV!! We have full access to our RV, with plenty of room to get in and out of the door and they offer RV washing and at a very fair price. Don't know why we waited so long!
Cons: time limit and chg for visiting your rig, parked too close
