Review content:
I worked at a jewelry store down the street and we always recommended that people came here to have watches repaired, as we didn't do that at our store. I regret that now. Over the summer my father went in to have three watches repaired. They promised to have them done within a few days, which was necessary because we were leaving for vacation four days later. My mother called every day checking to see if they were finished but they still weren't done the day we left so my dad wasn't able to wear his watches until he got back from our month-long vacation. Last Monday my mom dropped off her very expensive watch because the battery wasn't working. They told her she could come back in 15 minutes to pick it up. She came back and they said it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. She picked it up on Wednesday and paid $10.60 for the repair, however, when she got home she noticed it still wasn't working. The man at the store kindly offered to pick it up the next day and bring it back to the store to have it repaired. We went back two days later to pick it up and were told that it had rust in it so it would have to be sent out to a watch person and we would be charged AGAIN. My mom was furious. Why didn't they see the rust the first time they "fixed" it? Why did one person tell my mom that a strap was missing and that's why it wasn't working, while another told her that the watch was rusted and that's why it wasn't working? This has happened to us twice. It's ridiculous.
Pros: Beautiful Jewelry
Cons: Horrible customer service, untimely, etc. etc. etc.
