I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Rt 6 in Dartmouth and my car was undrivable. The Dartmouth Police called this company (I have AAA) to tow my car to their lot until the adjuster from my insurance company could come. The yard is in the woods and not fenced in and has no surveillance. They assured me the vehicle would be kept secured. When my husband arrived a couple days later to remove our personal property in preparation for the car to be towed to the body shop, the car was unlocked and our GPS and phone charger missing. We filed a police report and the officer investigating told us they had numerous complaints for theft against this tow company! So why do Dartmouth Police and AAA continue to utilize them? AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
