DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! save yourself. Called them for repair for my $5000 plasma TV look on other websites!!! I did not and boy am I sorry. It had been three weeks when they had told me it would be 2 days to repair, kept saying they had to oder part. This may sound resonable but after three weeks I was tired and decided to pick TV up. i was happy to compensate them for their troubles. There is a reson they come pick the TV up, their repair shop is actually a house! I asked to pick up my TV and the "receptionist" looked in the "back" and said they didn't have it. Now they refuse to give me back my TV and I am out $5000. I called the sheriff and they state it is a cival dispute. They have found a loophole where they can steal. Many complaints with the BBB look on other sites, I am writing this because there are no reviews on this site and people need to be warned! also notice the picture don show any actual photos of the three locations. I also suspect the photos of persons working on electronics ar stock from the internet
