AIRWORST is what they should be called. Had them install an a/c unit 4 years ago. Just found out that what they installed was not what it said on my invoice(installed a cheaper model). Not only that, I paid $95 to have them come up and tell me what was wrong with my a/c. they told me the compressor was out. I asked for a price of how much it will cost me to fix it - $931 with a 90 day parts & labor warranty. I told them to go ahead. A week later a different guy came to install the new compressor and fix my ac - . After 2 hours it wasn't working. They came back 2 days later (new guys). They said that the last guy didn't balance it right. Again, they fixed it -this only lasted for an hour. They came back only to say that it will be another $806 for them to fix it. Come on, I bet you if I agreed to pay that, my a/c still wouldn't be working and it will cost me another $700 to fix it. BTW, don't go by the reviews offered from service magic. Apparently, they only post positive reviews. If you try to post a negative review they will reject it saying that your review doesn't meet their guidelines. Pros: null Cons: null
