DNI Properties completely ignores requests for maintenance, even to the point of ignoring health and safety issues. Our neighborhood pool is neglected and subsequently closed often because of bad chemical levels. The grounds surrounding the pool and the common ground areas are neglected. Although sprinkler systems are installed, they are NEVER used. No fertilizer or insecticides are used on grounds. Trees are dying for lack of watering. Trees are not trimmed. Homeowners are faced with watering common ground areas to prevent dried dead grass. DNI manages Heritage Pointe subdivision and villas in Wentzville and despite promises of extraordinary service and return of phone calls, ignores requests, refuses to meet with homeowner groups and has no accountability regarding funds collected and used. Despite repeated phone calls and emails to them, they fail to respond. Homeowners hands are tied because this company is completely elusive. I can't say enough to express how miserably bad they are.
