I was unhappy with the service I got at Kyle's. To get my car repaired after a minor accident took 3 1/2 weeks. They did not update me on the progress of the car like they promised. I had to call to find out what was going on and was told 4 different dates the car would be ready. When it wasn't ready at the time promised, I would call back and be told another time. No one was apologetic even though I made it clear I was not happy with the situation. The work they did looked fine, and even the length of time would have been acceptable if they had been up front about it from the start.
