NOT a happy customer. To make it brief: When we rented a piece of equipment, it was damaged to some extent. We were charged a full retail price for replacement. Apparently the "insurance" did not cover this particular damage. We had the equipment fixed for less than $100.00!!!!!!!! DO NOT rent from this company unless you want to own the equipment you just want to rent. The insurance is inapplicable for any damage during transport. Yet the employees are "not allowed" to help load the equipment. This is very poor customer relations. When a business leases out a $1000.00 piece of equipment, they should assist with the proper way to load, haul and use the equipment. Or at least be reasonable with the costs of repairs.
