Had a bad experience. I just don't trust a store that starts out at $8500 for a ring but before you can get out the door, they are begging you to buy it for $2000. Wow, what a markup! Can you imagine if I would have been gullible and bought the ring at even 1/2 off? I would have been ripped off. I'm smarter than that, and hopefully others are too.
Pros: nice store
Cons: horrible markups; high pressure sales; felt like a used car lot
