IThis is my FIRST own my business and i just want a good town car company. This town car showed up late to a hotel for a VIP client. They never called me so when i walked out, the hotel put me in a car- i thought it was Dalia/ or Alliance- they go by two names. Dalia started calling me about 45 minutes after pick-up time- to tell me they were at the hotel. i said i already wa sin a car, the hotel must have put me in the wrong one. I told them to release the car. then they CHARGED ME FOR A SIX HOUR RIDE. They never called when they were outside, they told me they were waiting for 3-4 hours, even though i have my phone records, and they charged me for the full day. even after calling, talking to management, trying to explain it wasn't my fault, they were late and didn't inform me of their whereabouts, and booking 2 more services, they still used my credit card info illegally and charged me. They were not professional, understanding, or willing to take any blame.
