Review content:
We lost our beloved 12-year-old dog Dusty on April 24th. Early that morning I called Best Friends to inquire about cremation. I left a message on their voice mail and waited for a return call. We waited a couple of hours and then had to find another place because we felt we couldn't wait any longer. We ended up going to Florida Pet Cremation in Melbourne. We were very pleased with Glen and his compassion. This was a very traumatic experience for us and it certainly would have been nice to use a local service near our home rather than having to drive over 1 hour with our dead dog in our truck. To this day, we have never heard from Best Friends. If they had a family emergency on the 24th they should have sent someone into the office to change the message or forward calls to a cell phone. The least they could have done was offer an apology.
