I went in and showed my rayban sunglasses frame to an employee and only wanted to sell me a new frame for $90 I opted not to, went to sunglass hut just upstairs and she fixed the frame only needed a screw, wouldnt take any money said they were affiliated with lens crafters. I went back to lens crafters and told the same woman about my experience and didnt say anything, no appology nothing, I bought these prescription sunglasses at lenscrafters. I just thought it was a bad way to treat a customer 6/2/11
