I have had several heating and cooling guys out to look at my furnace and all of them told me that I would need an entirely new unit and that the old one was not salvagable. I received 5 quotes total and the lowest one was $3900. Wilks Inc. was able to diagnose the problems and fix them within the same day which happened to be Christmas Eve. Wilks Inc. saved me over $3400 by fixing the old unit. Not only was the price and time right on the explanations of the problems were easy to understand. When the time comes to put in a new unit I will definitely be calling Wilks Inc.
Pros: Clear and honest diagnosis, fair price and timely.
