I cannot believe the lack of customer appreciation and respect Baer Storage had to it's clients. At least to me! See, I rented from them for 3 years, and when I finally moved my things out, the owner told me,"I'm glad to see you go;you were nothing but a nuisance to us in the last couple years" & that i was a "low human being." I was so shocked at their unthankfulness towards my dedicated business with them. I was always nice and let them know when my checks were being mailed. When I asked them why they said that they complained about my accountant not sending rent checks always on time. I told him that he did indeed get paid and also a late fee as well that gets added. How can that reason be cause for rudeness on his part? I have never been so insulted in my life! Every customer deserves the feeling that they are valued and they certainly didn't give me that! This business also offers U-Hauls for rent, and when my friend asked me which U-Haul company I recommend, I told him: NOT BAER! I pointed my friend in the direction of another moving truck provider. So Baer will be missing out! There is NO WAY I will ever put in a good word about them when they made me feel extremely unwanted! No other customer ever deserves to take this from a company! They should be sorry about what they said, because as long as I have a mouth to tell potential storage/truck renters about my experienced indecency with Baer, everyone I come in contact with that needs this type of service will be told to stay clear of this undeserving, unprofessional, unkind establishment!

Cons: Extremely RUDE, INSULTING, DEGRADING service!
