Review content:
Wow, after reading the other reviews of this place, I can see I'm not the only one who's angry and the lack of management. (I'm suspecting they don't even HAVE a manager...) Half the time no one even answers the phone when I call. This is definitly the WORST place I've ever lived. When I moved in a couple years ago the cabinets were trashed and in some places even missing shelves, there were places on the walls where it looked like someone had written on them and they just threw a thin coat of paint over it, the "storage area" was wet and moldy and the doorknob didn't even work, nor did the door close properly, the bathtub enamal was chipping, the cabint under the bathroom sink had a HUGE chunk missing, the kitchen floor was damaged and torn up... the gym is sadly lacking, the hot tub never works and for some reason I have yet to figure out they couldn't ever seem to work around MY schedule when they have there "inspections." The "landscapers" are out there either on Saturday or Sunday around 7:30am or 8:00am with weedwhackers going. (throwing grass and leaves all over my car and in some cases even hitting it while they are weedeating. Every time I try to tell them to be careful they don't understand a word I'm saying and just keep doing what they're doing.) And when they are tidying up the grounds, it's just the parts you can see. If you lived in the middle away from potential renters eyes like I did, you get stuck with leaves and pine needles that build up and eventually clog your drain by the steps, leaving you walking up to the door in inches of rain water.) Not to mention all the vehical break-ins I've seen since I've been there. there were MANY. Then after I moved out, the office had the AUDACITY to send me a BILL that was, lets just say "significantly larger" than my security deposit for all the things they had to replace! Really!? Because it doesn't look to me like ANYTHING was replaced when I moved in... I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
Pros: Near the mall
Cons: poor management, subpar apartments and facilities
