Worst experience in a salon ever!!!!! I went to Mina's because I needed a change from my old stylist and I could not believe what happened while I was there. First of all they gave me there newest stylist, I cannot remember his name but I went in for highlights and a cut. When I sat down I felt like he did not listen to me at all about the colors or the way I wanted my haircut. But like I said I wanted a change and after all he is supposed to be the professional! So as he is doing my hair he is just rambling on and on about the salon he just came from in Raleigh and how bad he hated the owner and then also about all the drugs he used to do and how he is now in AA. Well that is great but save it. I went there despite some mixed reviews but never expected to get this kind of service. After washing my hair I looked in the mirror and I was horrified!
