Review content:
I got all over color here and the stylist told me I could wash my hair the next day, so I used Neutrogena Daily Shampoo and Bumble and Bumble Super Rich Conditioner. When my hair dried it was literally Olive Green!! I am not making this up or exagerating. It was green. I went back in the next day so they could fix it and they blamed the shampoo. When they fixed it I asked the stylist (same girl) to put my hair back like it was when I first walked in, which meant matching the golden blonde highlights I already had. I thought this would be a "safer" option than the all over color which turned green. She put on a color remover treatment, then an all over brown, then golden blonde highlights. The result was chunks of maple brown and brassy gold. The worst part, was the chunks of brassy gold didn't even line up. The top of my head looked like a checker board! I had to catch a plane for FL for a business meeting so I had to deal with it and leave. I came back the next night and saw their color specialist and she fixed my hair to my satisfaction. By this time however, I had spent 9 hours in the chair and my hair was fried from all the remover and color treatments. This time though the owner blamed the ordeal on the fact that I swam in a pool a few days before the first color (green) mistake. I asked if they would reimburse me for anything or give me anything for all the time and trauma I went through and they offered for me to come back in 2 weeks for a deep conditioning treatment. Since I vowed to myself to never return I didn't go back to get it. I went to another salon in Chapel Hill for my next hair cut and told the stylist about my Mina's experience and she told me that her salon has fixed a ton of Mina's color mistakes.
