Review content:
This was the second H&R office we visited in our area (after the first one had a rude employee... we just left). The employees here were equally as disappointing. Although they had better attitudes, they were not capable of doing our taxes. Do NOT go to this office if you have tax preparations associated with Chapter 7 bankruptcy, as well as Short Sale real estate conditions. After we were recommended to "an expert" in these matters within the office, we were confronted with an employee who not only NEVER heard of "the forgiveness clause" related to Short Sales, she also said she did not have the time to do our taxes and actually said, "they are too complicated". They recommended we go to the H&R Pine Valley Main Office because they had "professionals" there that were "more qualified" there to do our type of taxes. We were really surprised to see that these employees has no idea what they were doing in regard to a Chapter 7/Short Sale scenero. When you call to set up an appointment (at the PINE VALLEY office), give them ALL of your tax details to make sure you are fitted with the right person. We did and we were EXTREMELY satisfied with our results there. We HIGHLY recommend you just go to the Pine Valley office instead and not bother with the Myrtle Grove location all together. It was a waste of our time unfortunately. Pros: null Cons: null
