Seems like you are the same person as below....like a previous review I called and there is nothing on them with DCFS. I would not even compare this center to other providers - you can't because Tutor Time is clean, great security, brand new equipment, organized, and very friendly caregivers who really care for your children. I would highly recommend this center, in fact, over the 4 years I have been there, I have referred families and will keep referring. Your review you write here, sounds like you are also "chickie88", but tried different wording to make it sound different. Again, in short, I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best out there. I also am a little confused, you mention that you will not enroll your child there, but at the end of your review you mention the babies were chained to the buggy - I must chuckle because in the 4 years the babies are only in the buggy while on walks outside....
