Review content:
I have been going to Walgreens for a few years to refill my HP ink cartridges. I moved, thus took my ink to this location. 2 of my ink cartridges were not reflled fully- when i brought em back one of the ladies in the dept. told me that tech. there is no guarantee that the cartridge will be filled all the way- while Walgreens refilled em for free- the next time they won't. I like to think that after so many successfull refills- another location can manage to fill em up right the 1st time. Pros: typical walgreens Cons: ink refill 'dept' is lacking
